4 days agoby ath_warehouseI think sometimes in sport performance we forget that a large part of what we are doing (especially when working with student-athletes) is providing them with elements of fitness and health benefits (YES its healthy to train!) With that said we must understand that our true job is to educate these athletes on the potential of fitness past sport. We need to show them that fitness can be a place of solitude; an anchor; a passion even; that with care and attention can be carried on through all of life's rollercoasters #fitforlife#healthylifestyle
