Balancing his doctorate, self-educating efforts, meeting with anyone and everyone, being a father and husband. And how could we forget... making athletes into better versions of themselves, not overnight but over time. His biggest nemesis is not having enough time. Sure it’s easy to open a gym, but you better have a @coach_serio leading it. #onward
