When an athlete first walks into a building, we ask them why they want to train. Throughout their time here, we constantly ask an athlete, "what's your why?" Training, especially at a high level, can be phsyically, mentally, and emotionally taxing on an individual. By finding our "WHY" we, as individuals, are constantly self motivated.
