IF YOU SHOW UP WITHOUT AN INITIAL EVALUATION YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE THAT DAY.

Group Training

Middle School Boys Group

  • 45 minute sessions working on strenght and performance. The group is capped at 6 athletes.

 

HS Softball S&P and Skill Mix

  • Group Trying for high school softball athletes. This group is capped at 6 athletes. The session is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. Half will be dedicated to strength and performance and the other half will be for skill work.

 

HS Girls Lacrosse

  • 45 minute strength and performance training session for high school girls lacrosse. The group is capped at 6 athletes.

Private Group

  • Consists of 45-minute training sessions that have anywhere from 3-6 athletes per coach. All private group training must be booked by appointment only via email.
